I purchased this tinted moisturizer a week or so ago and have been using it ever since. I don't have extreme redness or uneven skin but I do usually like medium to full coverage foundations. However, I have been on the lookout for a decent tinted moisturizer for what seems like forever! It is a nice substitute when you don't want a full face of make up or in the summer when it is really warm.
This particular tinted moisturizer has an SPF of 20, and includes Aloe, Cucumber and Vitamins A, C and E. I purchased the shade 'Sand' which is for people with 'light to medium skin tones and pink undertones'. The tube contains 0.88oz or 25ml which I think is a decent amount for the price. The tube is quite large but not full. I guess that can worry people a little but as far as I can tell, it is just the tube that is large; there isn't less product.
I wore this over my moisturizer and face primer and found that it glides on pretty smoothly. It takes slightly longer to blend in but that wasn't a problem. I wasn't expecting amazing coverage, which it isn't but it definitely evened out my skin quite well. In the picture above it looks slightly darker but it was actually fine on my face. A little has been blended in on my hand which is barely visible (and that is a good thing!).
This lasts on my face the whole day. The only thing was that I did have to blot three or four times during the day but that really isn't a big deal for me. It is so light on my skin but also does the job really well.
I like this tinted moisturizer because it is very good quality and so cheap too. The original price is £3.50 but I got it for £2.80 when there was an offer on Elf's Facebook fan page. I would recommend this to anyone wanting light coverage. There are seven shades and most people should find a match for their skin tone.
I'm hoping to do a giveaway once I reach 50 followers so look out for that!
