Review: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils

Sunday, 10 April 2011
Hiya,

I have had the Jumbo eye pencils by NYX for over a year but only really started using them a few months ago. I had seen a lot of reviews on You Tube which was mainly what made me buy them.

My first impressions on them were that they seem really creamy. On swatching them they looked absolutely gorgeous.
The pigmentation in them is amazing. There was little to no effort needed to blend these pencils. I did make sure that I used a primer on my eyes though because they will crease if they are applied without one.

I mainly have been using 'Milk' which is the white one and 'Rust' which is a bronze-y shade. I really like how 'Milk' really makes my eye shadow pop and look more bright and vibrant.

The price varies on these depending where you get them from but I have found that the average cost is around £3 each which really isn't bad at all! I would definitely recommend trying them out, especially 'Milk' although you probably will need to use a primer beforehand. At such a great price though, it is worth it.

  6. Thanks for the review!! I think I want Milk, Cottage cheese and Black bean to use under eyeshadows that are not very pigmented and bright/deep.
