A (very mini) haul!

Saturday, 29 January 2011
Hiya, I was out in meadowhall shopping centre (sheffield) today and purchased a few things. I'll do another post on the other things I bought in a few days but I had to talk about the Garnier Roll-on for eyes.

I have heard so many people talking about this and saying how good it is but to be honest, I didn't really think it was worth buying. It didn't really stand out to me that much but while I was in Superdrug I came across it and just bought it on a whim.

So I came home and tried it out and instantly, it made my under eye area feel really cool and I don't know, I kind of feel like it makes a difference.

It has a roller ball applicator and you roll it on once or twice under your eyes. It is supposed to reduce bags and darkness which I don't have much of but if it makes my eyes feel fresher then I am all for it.

So far, I'm liking it but if I change my mind I will definitely let you know.

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

Monday, 24 January 2011
I searched high and low for the perfect moisturiser for my face. I had heard so many rave reviews about a ton of different ones but I finally found the one that for me, is the best one I've used and I definitely won't be switching to anything else any time soon.
I absolutely love this! The moisturiser itself feels very light on the face. I felt my skin absorb it really easily and it left my skin feeling incredibly soft.

The colour is light yellowish (which doesn't show up) and the bottle has a pump which is both convenient and hygienic.

I found that when I applied make up to my face after this gel it glided on really well. I can get very oily especially on the T-zone but this was reduced (dramatically =P) and during the day I only really need to blot maybe once.

My skin is also looking a lot better now that I've started using this. I don't think it has ever looked this good before. It is definitely worth trying if you have oily skin. It is a little pricey (I think £27) but this will last you ages and you can buy the smaller, tube version which is cheaper.

All in all, I would totally recommend this moisturising gel.

Here we go then..

Friday, 21 January 2011
I am going to start this off by saying how great the youtube and blogging community is with make up tips. I have learnt so much from many people and thought I would share my experiences with cosmetics.

I'll be posting a review in a couple of days. =)
