Collective Haul- Clarisonic Mia, Natural Collection, Sleek, E.L.F

Monday, 21 May 2012

It has been a long time! I always thought to myself that if I am going to blog, it will be because my heart and mind is in it and I want to do it. The moment that I felt I wanted a break, I would take it. The last month or so I have not been too well and I have also been busy with other things. I felt like I had to put other things first and I am glad I did.

Moving on, I have managed to acquire quite a few products in the time that I was away! A few of which I am especially excited about!

This has got to be one of my most pricey beauty products. I have been debating with myself for quite some time about whether or not it is worth buying. I did manage to get it quite cheap as I had a voucher to spend so it was not as hefty as it could have been. I have yet to use it as it only just arrived this morning!

I haven't heard amazing things about the cleanser that comes with the Clarisonic but I am willing to give it a try.

I will definitely be doing a review once I have used the system for about a month.

I received these two foundation samples too which will be fun to try out too!

From Boots I picked up two lipsticks from the Natural Collection. 'Biscuit' is a lipstick I have owned before but it broke and since I really liked it I decided to purchase it again. 'Autumn Glow' is a lovely neutral shade that will look pretty for day looks.

As there was an offer of 3 for £5 on anything from Natural Collection, I picked up this much raved about blush in 'Peach Melba'. It looks like a really beautiful blush!

The Sleek liner in 'Cocoa' was purchased in Superdrug for £4 which I thought was very reasonable. So far it seems like a good liner but I will post more on it once I have used it a good few times.

I got quite a few products from E.L.F because I hadn't made an order with them in a long time and there were so many new products that were out.

I have never seen lotion wipes before to be honest and found these to be pretty intriguing. They do smell really good but I still have to try them out.

The price for these lip glosses is a mere £1.50 each. I love these and the new colours a gorgeous!

I did go a little nuts with the glosses as you can probably tell! I never used to wear them because I didn't like the texture but I have been liking them more and more recently.

I am a lip balm fanatic. I love trying new ones out, especially the tinted type! I really am liking this one so far, it is moisturising and the shade is really pretty too.

Lastly, I got the Kohl liner which only comes in black. This is really creamy and smooth but I have an awful feeling it is going to smudge like crazy. At £3.50 though it doesn't exactly break the bank so I am sure I will find a purpose for it.

I am so glad to be back again, I feel like my enjoyment in blogging has been renewed and I feel a lot more like it is something I want to do for fun. Which of these products interests you?

  4. :3 wow lot of make up stuff

  5. Great haul! I love my clarisonic. It gets rid of all my makeup and makes my face super smooth.

  6. I keep going back and forth on buying a Clarisonic. Usually when I get frustrated with my skin, I think about getting it. Then, when my skin calms down, I reconsider.

I was so glad when we got ELF products in Target her in the US. I can never bring myself to pay the money for shipping since I usually don't want that much. I'll start filling a cart, but when I start fishing for products to add, I exit out and don't order.

  7. The prospect of trying so many lip products excites me from this far. Haha.
