I was sent a blush/face palette to review recently and thought I would put up my first impressions of it.
The outer packaging is actually really pretty and the actual palette is just the usual simple matte black casing which is convenient and would probably look right at home with the rest of my palettes.
The palette consists of fifteen blushes, nine face powders and two bronzers.
The blushes are in a variety of colours, some of which I can't wait to try out! I like that they have included some cool and warm tones which will suit any skin tone/type.
As you can see, these are pretty well pigmented and they are also soft, which makes them very easy to apply. The couple that I have worn, have blended really well.
The nine face powders are the two columns on the far left and the first three shades from the larger pans. Some of these, would work well as a highlight but definitely not all as face powders.
These are the face powders from the larger pans, the first shade would definitely not work as a face powder, but for highlighting the brow bone it would probably work well.
Lastly there are two larger sized bronzers on the bottom right. The shades are actually pretty good and I really like the look of the darker one as it is a matte and not orange looking at all!
Overall, I like this palette. The pigmentation is really good and application is easy. There are a couple of shades which have a little chalkiness to them but on the whole I think this is a palette worth having. You get pretty much every blush shade you could want which definitely makes it worth the buy!
It is priced at €12.99 which works out at around £10.25. Not bad with just a €2/£1.58 shipping charge!
