My July Favourites

Monday, 6 August 2012
Hiya,

I know I am a little late with my July favourites, but I've finally managed to get some time and do it. I've really been enjoying more summary products and have been trying to keep my make up quite light.

1. Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation (Shade 53)

This foundation has been a much loved one for a couple of years now. I like to use it in the summer or when I want a light foundation on my skin. It gives a medium coverage and it is probably one of my favourite foundations I have ever used.

2. Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel

I had stopped using this during the winter months and started using it in June. I definitely like how easy this is to apply and blend. With it being a cream bronzer, it doesn't feel cakey at all which is perfect for summer.

3. E.L.F Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder

The blush in this duo is gorgeous. It has been compared to NARS's Orgasm but I don't personally think it is that similar. I like how easy the application of this is. It is difficult to get it wrong and works well for every day use in the summer months.

4. Natural Collection blush in Peach Melba
l

On the days that I want a matte blush, this is fantastic. It is also priced at just £1.99 in Boots which is a bargain.

5. Limecrime Eyeshadow Helper

Although it does look like the primer has come away and dried up, it hasn't dried at all. It has been the best nude eye primer I have used. Eyeshadow's just don't crease on me when I have this on, I will definitely repurchase this once I run out.

6. Maybelline 24HR Colour Tattoo in On and on Bronze

I have been enjoying this to wear all over the lid when I have been in a hurry. It works perfectly, looks like I took a long time with doing my eyes and lasts all day! The perfect combination!

7. Revlon Lip Butters

I have actually bought four more lip butters because I love them so much. These are easy to apply, they are smooth and I completely understand the hype as they are great for on the go use. Boots and Superdrug usually have offers on Revlon products so you can almost always get them at cheaper prices.

8. Lancome Juicy Tube in Peche

I have actually been liking the juicy tubes in general but this is a shade that I have particularly been loving. It is a really pretty colour for the warmer months and I find it lasts a long time on my lips.

9. Soap & Glory Body Spray

I had no idea Soap & Glory fragrances could be so amazing! I am in love with this one at the moment and have been spraying it all the time! I even, at times have been spraying it in the room I am in and interestingly I have only gotten about one eighth of the way down. I will definitely be back in the Soap & Glory aisle to check some more out when I am done with this.

I always like using the summery products when it comes to this time of year but I am also looking forward to autumn now, which is definitely one of my favourite seasons. I love the leaves falling and chilly evenings where I can just get some candles going in the house.

What have your recent favourite's been?
