Review: Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains

Tuesday, 7 August 2012
Hiya,

I have been meaning to do a post on the Revlon Balm Stains for quite some time now.

I feel like Revlon is definitely one of the leading brands from the high street. They have been coming out with some really good products in the last year or so. It has been making me think twice about buying from the higher end brands!

As you can see, they are very similar looking to the Chubby Sticks that Clinique released not so long ago. But with these being a lot cheaper, priced at just £5.99 at the moment in Superdrug, I would say it is worth trying at least one, out.

My first impressions were definitely positive because I was waiting for these to come out here in the UK. Reviewers in the USA had some positive things to say about them too.

As you can see, there does seem to be a sheen to these which to be honest, does fade away after some time but the colour? The colour on these lasts all day! I literally did not have to reapply and the colour just stuck to my lips even after eating and drinking numerous times! I like how they stain the lips too which makes it look like your lips are naturally that colour.

I can't really think of a bad point with these, I have been using them almost every day since getting them and have to say that I have been neglecting my other lip products as a result. I don't think I have been this impressed with a lip product before.

First with their lip butters and now with these balm stains, I think Revlon is definitely in the lead with their lip products this year!

Have you tried them? What did you think?

Atia x x x
